ตำแหน่ง “ผู้จัดการปฏิบัติการ”

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibilities)

• บริหารจัดการต้นทุนการผลิตเชิงกลยุทธ์ (Manage production costs strategically)
• บริหารกระบวนการผลิตอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและปลอดภัย (Manage production processes efficiently and safely)
• วางแผนการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและบริหารจัดการเหตุฉุกเฉิน (Plan machinery maintenance and manage emergency response)
• บริหารทีมปฏิบัติการ/ให้คำแนะนำ/ฝึกอบรม (Lead the operations teams, provide guidance conduct training)
• กำหนดตัวชี้วัดผลสำเร็จ (KPIs) และประเมินผล (Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate performance)
• วิเคราะห์และจัดทำรายงาน (Analyze and prepare reports)
  
  

คุณสมบัติ (Qualification)

• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, อุตสาหการ, ไฟฟ้า, พลังงาน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field)
• ประสบการณ์ด้านบริหารการผลิต/โรงงาน อย่างน้อย 7 ปี (At least 7 years of experience in production or plant management)
• ประสบการณ์ระดับหัวหน้างาน/ผู้จัดการ อย่างน้อย 3 ปี (At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory, or managerial role)
• มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมหม้อต้มไอน้ำ, ระบบไอน้ำ, พลังงานชีวมวล จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (Experience in boiler systems, steam systems or biomass energy is preferred
• สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่และต่างจังหวัดได้ (Willing and able to travel to project sites and other provinces as required)
• มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล, ติดตามผล, การสื่อสาร, ภาวะผู้นำ (Strong skills in data analysis, performance monitoring, communication, and leadership)
• มีทักษะการใช้งาน Microsoft Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี (Proficiency in Microsoft Excel)
• มีทักษะสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (Good English communication skills will are an advantage)
